Early life & academic journey
Saurabh completed his schooling at St. Joseph’s North Point, Darjeeling, followed by higher secondary education at St. Joseph’s College in Bangalore. He then pursued Industrial Engineering & Management at B.M.S. College of Engineering, graduating in 1998.
In 2022, he further sharpened his leadership abilities through the Advanced Leadership Program at Rice Business in the United States.

Family, roots & legacy
Born into the Jyoti family — intertwined with Nepal’s industrial history — Saurabh grew up seeing business as a way to serve society. Working alongside family, he helped reimagine what a modern Nepali conglomerate could be.
Together with his wife, Mrs. Srijana Shakya Jyoti, whom he met during his college years in Bangalore, he continues to balance family values with ambitious leadership.
